The opportunity
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking f ood retail and distribution lead to join the Retail , Hospitality & Leisure Sector which is part of the Mace Consult , Private Business Unit.
Project: Working with the Retail , Hospitality & Leisure team to lead some of the most innovative and sustainable retail and distribution projects and programmes for clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading on all food retail and distribution accounts the client relationship, business development and team management.
Directing and supervising the multidisciplinary team , providing support across multiple projects.
Leading the Neighbourhood Retail growth strategy and the development of the specific project /account plan s .
Support business development in the Food Retail and Distribution markets
Providing quality assurance across all accounts
Managing client relationship s and ensuring the reporting and delivery requirements are met .
Resolving challenges with contracts and commercial operations.
Acting as a subject matter expert on the projects.
Provide growth opportunities and training to other team members.
Experience with all multiple forms of construction contracts (NEC, JCT, FIDIC)
About you
With a relevant degree qualification, chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification will be viewed favourably. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You have experience of food retail and distribution projects in the UK (Europe a benefit) . You have a passion for growth, are a team player and poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike. UK based role.
