About the role:

We are searching for a proven Operations Lead to partner closely with our Chief Operating Officer. This pivotal role encompasses the orchestration and execution of strategic initiatives, budget management, process innovation, and the provision of key support to the executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be London-based, with an expectation of office presence for three days per week.

Responsibilities :

• You will provide key support for core ongoing operations such as annual strategies, integrated budgeting, OKRs, executive internal communications etc.
• Act as the intermediary between the COO and internal stakeholders, inclusive of the CEO and departmental leaders outside of technology.
• Develop and sustain meticulous documentation, strategic plans, and reports.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, especially those of a change management nature, serving as the bridge between strategic planning and operational implementation.
• Exhibit acute situational awareness, having the ability to analyze and share relevant information.
• Conduct data-driven assessments to review operational performance and recommend actionable insights for continuous enhancement.
• Provide guidance and support to operational teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with the company’s broader business objectives.
• Professionally represent Stability and deputize for the COO as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management consulting or investment banking, plus experience with a VC backed series-B scaleup (Level similar to Engagement Manager, Junior AP, Case Team Leader)
• Demonstrated competence, unwavering integrity, and strong EQ
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with both internal leadership and external partners
• Strong attention to detail. Ownership mentality where you can work independently or lead projects with colleagues to achieve desired outcomes  
• A solution-focused orientation with a proven track record of delivery within dynamic, fast-paced settings
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field 
• A data-centric approach, leveraging robust data sources to inform decision-making processes
