Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Waste / Recycling company in their search for an Operations Manager to work based at their depot in Wrexham
For the successful Operations Manager our client is offering:
- £35,000 Per Annum
- 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
- Full-time permanent position
- Free parking on-site
- Benefits package
The role - Operations Manager:
- Responsible for managing and improving the overall operational performance of the site
- 3 direct reports and 20 Operational staff indirectly reporting
- Focusing on route efficiency, route planning, and the allocation of operational staff to routes
- Working with other Operation Managers to help maintain and improve operational performance across all depots
What our client is looking for in an Operations Manager
- Experience in operation management and route planning - ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication, inter-personal analytical and Microsoft skills
- A full driving licence and flexibility to travel for meetings/training/site visits - ESSENTIAL
- Be able to work in a team, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and have a flexible approach
