Operations Manager

Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Manager to join our clients Facilities Management team in Enfield.

This is a permanent full-time role working for a major FM company across a large healthcare contract.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager

• To facilitate Hard FM activities undertaking the functional, technical and management aspects of the FM contract. 
• Responsible for the delivery of day to day operation
• To be responsible for all operational staff, budgets and performance.
• To maintain a close liaison with the Client FM Function to ensure day to day requirements of delivering the FM contract are met.
• To be responsible for contractual performance in accordance with agreed budgets 
• Client engagement on a daily basis
• 2 x direct reports Supervisors

Essential Experience needed for the Operations Manager

• Ideally Healthcare background with AP qualifications
• Must have experience of managing staff in a Hard FM environment
