Join a leading manufacturing team committed to excellence seeking a proactive Operations Manager to oversee our client’s warehouse and transport departments, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

* Maintain transport compliance and work towards compliance.

* Manage department budgets, identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

* Streamline Fabrication, Assembly, and Despatch operations.

* Coordinate team training and development.

* Uphold Health and Safety standards, overseeing incident reporting.

* Ensure ISO compliance and manage audits.

* Plan resource allocation and oversee inventory control.

Your Pay & Benefits:

We are keen to speak to Operation Managers with previous experience of working in a similar role with a background in fast paced production, engineering, or manufacturing environment. Full time permanent opportunity offering a starting salary circa £50k, Company Car Allowance, Bonus & Benefits Package.
