Who We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience working in Administration and Customer Service
  • Knowledge of insurance and/or medical services 

 

What You Will Work On

 

  • Supporting day-to-day tasks within medical assistance department
  • Managing high volumes of emails and allocating to correct cases
  • Logging relevant details on the case management system
  • Management of administrative tasks related to Cost Containment and Fees
  • Verification of travel insurance policies including medical declarations, recording, and escalating as necessary
  • Directing first calls appropriately to insurer, claims handler or operations
  • If answering phones, identify the nature of the client’s problem through effective questioning and listening
  • Handling complaints and expression of dissatisfaction
  • Where applicable, referring clients to Case Managers, Team Managers or Operation Managers for further support
  • Delivering the service to agreed service levels and quality standards
  • Sharing experience, knowledge, and expertise with colleagues to ensure the best service is always delivered

 

Who You Will Work With  

 

As an Operations Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing pro-active and efficient administration and organisational support to medical coordinators, doctors, nurses, and management team in dealing with overseas clients. The role will also involve regular contact with travellers - often in difficult and sensitive circumstances.

 

What You Will Bring

 

To be successful in this busy role, it is an essential requirement to be familiar with admin and office environment from previous experience, be able to work well under pressure, be very computer literate, be able to multitask, be highly organised, display empathy, very high attention to details, adhere to specific Data Protection and Confidentiality requirements, follow policies and procedures and be enthusiastic!

Previous experience working in medical assistance or insurance department is highly desirable.
