Ops / Contracts Manager - Fire Protection

Full Job Description

My client is a real success story in the fire protection sector, and has quickly established themselves as one of the UK's leaders in active and passive fire protection, delivering works to social housing and occupied property landlords across the UK

They have been established for over 20 years, and have been through some fantastic growth during that time. Due to this growth, they're looking to appoint a contract / technical manager to oversee the delivery of the works produced by their sub contract teams currently. You will be responsible for managing the operational and compliance delivery of the passive fire works.

The division is currently turning over circa 11 million with plans to grow the division to 20 million over the next 2 years. As the passive fire lead, you will play an integral lead in developing and shaping this division.

• Have technical expertise in fire protection (fire doors / fire stopping)
• Have a strong H&S understanding
• Have good commercial management
• Be driven by customer focus
