Order Processing Representative with Dutch

Full Job Description

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for an Order Processing Representative with fluent/native Dutch language skills to join their team in Chester on a full time, 6-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Taking orders from customers, often requiring a lot a product knowledge and query resolution, and enter them in SAP
• Overseeing backorders and returns
• Liaise with customers over the phone, email, chat and tickets to ensure the quality resolution of all customer requests and issues
• Assisting with internal and external audits

Requirements

• Previous experience working in an order processing/customer support role particularly within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry
• Fluent in Dutch
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
