CALLING ALL HOMELESSNESS OUTREACH SUPPORT WORKERS IN THE NORTH TYNESIDE!
Do you enjoy work involving helping
others? Do you have experience working with homeless? Is this
something you would love to get into? Look no further!
We are
currently looking for support workers to help support a well known
organisation based in the North tyneside and surrounding areas. Here
you will be supporting clients out in the community who have mild or
complex mental health needs, who may need the support from us to help
better their chances gaining a new place to live, assisting with
finances, supporting them mentally and looking into the homlessness
hotspots within those areas.
If you have experience
supporting adults with diagnosed mental health needs we want to hear
from you today!
What we'll need from you:
- A minimum of one years experience in working within
the care sector
- A DBS registered for the Update Service would be
a great advantage
- Driving License preferred
Benefits:
- Competitive pay rate ranges 12.50ph
upwards
- On going training and development
- Set rota must be
able to start work at 6:30am one a day week. The rest of the week you
will be working 8am-4pm
- Up to full time hours available
- 24/7 support from Brook Street Social Care as well as support from the service and a work mobile phone
