About Us : We are a supply agency working with a network of secondary schools in Worcestershire committed to providing high-quality education and support to their students. As part of our commitment to ensuring continuity in physical education (P.E.) provision, we are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join us as Casual P.E. Cover Supervisors.

Role Overview : As a Casual P.E. Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the delivery of P.E. lessons during periods of staff absence. This is a flexible position that offers you the opportunity to work on supply, accommodating your availability. You will be expected to travel to various secondary schools across Worcestershire to provide cover as and when required.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-prepared P.E. lessons in the absence of regular teaching staff.
• Supervising students during P.E. lessons, ensuring their safety and engagement.
• Following school policies and procedures for behavior management.
• Liaising with the P.E. department and school staff to ensure smooth delivery of lessons.
• Providing constructive feedback to regular teaching staff on student progress and behavior.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Teaching P.E. or related field preferred.
• Experience working with secondary school students in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work on a casual basis, adjusting to varying schedules and locations.
• Ability to travel to different schools across Worcestershire as required.
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting students' learning and development.
