Full Job Description

Overview of Main Responsibilities:
- Provide PA support to the MD & wider team.
- Organise and maintain files, records, and confidential information, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing emails, calls, and correspondence effectively and professionally.
- Plan & execute communications and updates as agreed with the team.
- Assist with researching, and editing of supporting materials, presentations, websites, digital documents and spreadsheets.
- Assist in prioritising tasks and deadlines, identifying potential conflicts and proposing solutions to ensure optimal time management.
- Multiple diary management and scheduling.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, ensuring smooth proceedings and follow-up actions.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for the MD & wider team, considering locations/preferences, schedules, and budget constraints.
- Expenses & expenses reconciliation.
- Build and maintain a strong positive rapport with key contacts across the company.
- Provide additional support and assistance to the MD & wider team as needed, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
Essential skills and experience
- Similar experience within a PA/EA role supporting at director level.
- Strong organisational skills, being able to manage multiple diaries and responsibilities.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- You will have fantastic accuracy skills and attention to detail.
- Project management, ability to multitask and work efficiently.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and situations.
- Enthusiasm, self-motivated and determined.
- Strong IT Skills including MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
