Full Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a part time PPC Executive or Paid Media Specialist to join a fun and vibrant team at a multi-award-winning, growing Marketing, Design, and Website Agency based in Crawley, West Sussex.

From the start, you will be responsible for executing and optimising pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads, utilising your keyword research knowledge and experience with ad copy creation to help drive leads and traffic for clients across various sectors.


Alongside this, as a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the strategies and performance across Social Media Ads, including Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X. You will cover the planning, optimisation, and analysis for a portfolio of clients. Expected hours 24-32 hours per week.

What’s Required?

The successful candidate will be passionate about paid advertising, able to hit the ground running with a positive outlook, and willing to work hard and juggle various client portfolios.


Responsibilities

  • Building campaigns from scratch on all in-house marketing platforms to align with the corresponding marketing plans.
  • Configuring Google Analytics 4 accounts according to best practice, including events/conversions.
  • Attend weekly and/or monthly calls with clients to provide feedback about their campaign performance, discuss strategy and deliver recommendations.
  • Monitor, analyse and optimise campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and ensure we always follow best practice techniques, particularly on Meta and Google.
  • Perform in-depth PPC analysis, actioning findings to help maximise ROI.
  • Increase CTR, quality score, conversions, and conversion rates on Google Ads.
  • Be proactive in updating ad copy and optimising landing pages to improve conversion rate and engagement.
  • Run competitor analysis.
  • Liaise and communicate with your line manager.


Must-haves

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Social Media Ads, including Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Google Search accreditation through Google Skillshop.
  • Display, Performance Max and GA4 are also desirable.
  • An excellent understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • An excellent understanding of implementing pixels and tracking.
  • Keyword research and ad copy creation.
  • Experience working with medium to large account budgets.
  • Understanding of audience targeting and how to use it effectively.
  • Excellent organisation skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with keyword bidding, both automated/manual.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
