PRS Lettings Negotiator 

SO2: Starting salary £40,005 per annum incl LW

Hybrid working

Contract type: One year fixed term

About the Team:

Our aim is to provide excellent customers service to our residents and all key stakeholders. Supportive teamwork is the ethos of our team as well as supporting our vulnerable residents. Lambeth Lettings are looking for a motivated and experienced lettings negotiator to join successful and forward-thinking property procurement team. 

About the Role:

As a lettings negotiator you will take on lead on securing trough individual negotiations a supply of private rented accommodation at affordable level for customers in housing need. You will be operating a telephone-based sales of procurement and negotiating affordable rents and incentives.

Postholder will be liaising with landlords and agents, coordinating block viewings, carrying out occasional property inspections and property conditions checks, ensuring accurate property records are maintained.

You will be providing the necessary support for prospective tenants to enable them to start their tenancy.

You will need to be organized and methodical and have the ability to manage multiple functions and meet targets and deadlines.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative worker and supportive team player.

  • Self-motivated, good attention to detail, flexible and responsive.
  • Excellent negotiator.
