Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist

Words First is seeking amazing, self-motivated Speech and Language Therapists who are passionate about helping children access their education to join our rapidly growing MDT in London and the surrounding areas.

As a Words First SaLT, you will plan and deliver a student centred speech and language therapy service to a personal caseload of children with a diverse range of needs across mainstream primary, secondary and specialist provisions, catering to Universal, Targeted and Specialist levels. You will support between 1 and 4 schools within a reasonable commute from your location, with one full day every other week to work from home on caseload/school management, research and planning.

• Minimum one year experience as a paediatric speech and language therapist, preferably working in a school setting

Minimum Requirements:

• HCPC approved Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Therapy

• Full HCPC registration or be in the process of registration
