Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Paid Performance Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing effective advertising strategies across Meta and PPC channels (Google and PMAX) for Malone Souliers and sister brand, DuoBoots. 


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in paid performance, preferably at a luxury fashion brand, a broad understanding of digital advertising, strong system skills, and the ability to optimise campaigns to meet and exceed company goals.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Meta and PPC channels for Malone Souliers and DuoBoots (split 50/50) to drive traffic, awareness, and conversions.
  • Create and manage ad campaigns, including ad copy creation, targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Accountable for ad campaigns (Google and Meta). Monitoring and analysing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and making data-driven optimisations to improve performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimise ad creative, audience targeting, keywords and landing pages for better results.
  • Manage advertising budgets (six figures) effectively, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within budget while maximising ROI.
  • Proactively monitor industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising, and implement new strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Digital, Senior Commercial and Operations Manager, and Comms team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future campaigns.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 3-5 years proven experience working in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising, preferably in an agency or in-house at a luxury fashion brand. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) and PPC channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in ad management platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation techniques.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas, strategies, and results effectively to the Head of Digital.
  • Self-starter who can work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
