Our client based ont he outskirts of Bracknell are looking to recruit a Painting and Decorating operative. You will be responsible for supporting the team, in the delivery of all Painting and Decorating elements across the site.
Duties:
Support on
raising orders for budget lines
Issuing, monitoring, and assisting
where needed, and closing all the reactive jobs on a regular
basis
To ensure and maintain the estate in accordance with
guidelines
To undertake regular inspections of the estate, making
sure any faults are repaired within deadlines.
Experience:
Significant experience as a Painter and
Decorator for an organisation
Possess relevant qualifications and
competencies relating to a Painting and Decorating
background
Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety, Electricity at
Work regulations and COSHH requirements an advantage
Computer
literate with a good standard of ICT knowledge including Microsoft
Office
