Experienced Painters & Decorators required to join one of the mildands leading and prestigous Housing Associations based from the Worcester, Bishops Cleeve, Evesham, Pershore, Tewksbury region.
My client are looking for skilled and dedicated painters to join their dynamic team. As a paintier, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of painting repair in void and tenanted properties. You will be putting the finishing touches to kitchens and bathrooms in their properties. You will need a passion for detail and have the ability to work on your own initative. Having other trades skills such as tiling would be adventageous.

Responsibilities:
To perform various painting & decorating maintenance and repairs installations in tenanted and void properties. Completly high quality finishing so tenants have well decorated kithcens and bathrooms.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.

Start date: As soon as suitable candidates are available.
Location: Covering Evesham, Tewksbury, Bishop Cleeve, Pershore, Worcester
Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday
Duration: Permament
Salary rate: 28,745
Requirements:
- City & Guilds/NVQ in painting or served apprenticeship
- 3 years minimum painting experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own tools & transport
