Are you an experienced paraplanner looking to take the next step in your career? My client is seeking a Head of Paraplanning to join their dynamic team in Milton Keynes. As the Head of Paraplanning, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support toFinancial Planners and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Write Financial Planning Reports to be presented to clients by our Advisers.
  
• Conduct research on products and assist in finding suitable solutions for our clients.
  
• Support client reviews and handle day-to-day queries as a point of contact.
  
• Arrange submission of plans to provider companies.
  
• Prepare client review packs and handle illustration requests.
  
• Train and develop new Paraplanners.
  
• Streamline Paraplanning processes to increase productivity.
  
• Support colleagues in achieving required qualifications.
  
• Enroll and support the team in achieiving their RO exams.
  
• Assist in developing Paraplanner hubs in other offices.
  
• Deliver training remotely.
  
• Stay updated with financial products and legislation.
  

• Experience in a Financial Planning firm with essential Paraplanner/report writing skills.
  
• Expert at Managing, Training, Support and motivating a team.
• Motivated, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with third parties.
  
• Diploma qualification is desirable, but relevant skills and experience will be considered.
  
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  
• Flexibility and adaptability to cope with change.
  

• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications (available upon request)
