Interim Parks & Green Spaces Service Manager
London Based
425 - 450 a day inside IR35
2 days in office per week

Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in London to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Interim Parks & Green Spaces Service Manager.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Deliver several service-critical projects.
• Implement a full appraisal of the service, proactively address shortfalls, and streamline systems and processes.
• Leading and managing a department of 100+ personnel.
• Recruitment, procurement, budget management, re-negotiation of service level agreements.
• Health and safety upgrades,
• Depot infrastructure improvements, service plan delivery.
• Building relationships with unions and external departments
• Improving the culture and ethos of the service.

Next Steps
This role is an initial 6-month contract with likely extension and offering up to 425-450 Inside IR35 (Dependent on experience). You will be required to be in the office 2 days per week, with the reminder remote.
