Role and responsibilities

  • Maintain the purchase ledger function, ensuring all invoices are on the system, correctly coded and authorised
  • Assist in the preparation of the weekly flash numbers reports for distribution to management team
  • Bank reconciliations on the accounting system (Xero)
  • Posting of credit card statements at the month end ensuring authorisation processes are followed
  • Ensure group authorisation limits and procedures are being adhered to.
  • Administration of Xero accounting system and supplier details

Qualifications and education requirements

  • Qualified and experienced AAT preferable
  • QBE also considered

Preferred skills

  • Able to work under own initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly excel
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced leisure setting
  • An outgoing and enthusiastic personality and a positive attitude
