This is premium veterinary care for those adored pets at it’s most exquisite and highly recommended by our clients. Our family feel friendly team are independently owned in Oxford. Our brilliant, top notch vets, nurses and support teams work hard to give the finest care to the pets we see. We treat them well and our service is second to none, all that's missing is you!
If you feel service and pets are a top priority for you, then we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.
- Welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival - give them a good fuss!
- Book appointments and arrivals on the RX Works diary
- Help to promote our Healthcare Plan so that pets are receiving premium discounted preventative treatment
- Booking in follow up appointments for the pet once they have left their initial consultation
- Help the Vet and Nurse team with queries
- Being responsible for paperwork being scanned onto pets digital records
- Liaison with clients regarding queries for appointment booking and medication collection
- Ordering food and medication
- Taking payment immediately after treatment of the pet
- 0% finance application processing for those clients wanting to spread the cost of payment for larger operations
