We are looking for a customer-obsessed, results-driven individual to make a valued contribution to our Award Winning Sales Team, and provide a high standard of service for Sweet Squared Ltd customers and prospects. This is a pro-active sales role that will require a passion for the hair and beauty industry and a desire to generate and drive sales through sourcing leads and building relationships


*Please note this role is office based primarily located at our Leeds HQ in LS14 with some travel to customer sites. Please ensure you can comfortably commute to this location before applying.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Outbound sales calls and activity to target new business prospects.
  • Build relationships with current customers and grow account spend
  • Proactively generate and drive sales through sourcing leads, building relationships, and maintaining good pipeline management.
  • Ensuring repeat business through the effective use of the follow up process and keeping in regular contact with new and existing customers.
  • Maintain up to date and accurate account notes and communications.
  • Handle incoming sales and customer service queries.
  • Book and arrange sales meetings with clients when required.
  • Process all enquiries, orders and general queries.
  • Support CX team.
  • To assist in other areas of your department outside your normal role but within the overall scope of your position (e.g. exhibitions, Educational events, Stock take, Reception, Shop)


What are we looking for?


  • Outbound sales, field sales, and account management experience within customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
  • Passionate about delivering customer service beyond customer expectations.
  • Approachable, able to work effectively under pressure, flexible, adaptable, self-motivated driven to achieve personal and team goals and objectives.
  • Tenacious attitude.
  • Passionate about delivering customer service beyond customer expectations.
  • Experience using social media.
  • Must have valid driving license and have the ability to travel. Flexibility in staying away from home, sometimes for multiple nights.


Desirable but not essential:


  • Hair and beauty related qualifications and the desire to further beauty knowledge/career.
  • Knowledge of hair and beauty industry and product brands.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
