Trade Parts Advisor
Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a Permanent role in a reputable Private Automotive Company? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our clients team in Croydon.
As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for managing parts inventory, administration of communications, order fulfillment, customer service, and more. This will involve working closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues to ensure all parts orders are handled efficiently. Additionally, you will be expected to correctly identify parts requirements, estimate buyer interest, assess competitor pricing, and collaborate on new suppliers.
Applicants should have relevant experience in the automotive industry with knowledge in parts and servicing. These include, but are not limited to, excellent communication skills, customer service, document preparation and strong numerical/computer skills. Candidates with experience in parts planning, order processing, inventory control, and stock management are highly desirable.
