Pastoral Support Manager

We are looking to appoint a Pastoral Support Manager to work as a member of the Pastoral Team to provide a support service to meet the needs of children, young people and their families who require assistance.

You will support the Pastoral Team in managing groups of students who are showing signs of disaffection or vulnerability and work with students, families and external agencies on preventative and early intervention strategies in order to identify and remove barriers to learning.

The person appointed will be a team player with a friendly disposition and good communication skills.
