PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE, NORTH LEEDS, 26,000 DOE

INDEPENDENT BAKERY, DAYTIMES ONLY

The benefits include:

• Competitive salary based on 40 hours

• 40 hour working week

• Straight shifts - Daytimes only

• 5 days over 7

Our Clients who operate this independent Patisserie and bakery in North Leeds are looking to recruit a pastry CDP to help grow this young business as they look to expand their business and build on the superb reputation the company has gained in the past few years

The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have the following attributes:

• Have experience working with fresh food, be it in Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pub

• Having worked in pastry section in a high end venue, or an established Patisserie

• Be able to demonstrate at least 2 years in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here

• Own transport would be ideal due to location

• Have a real desire to learn, and energy to push yourself to be the best every day

• Have the desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team, hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for
