Job Title: Patient Coordinator – Medical Spa
Location: Wilmslow
Salary: £12 per hour
Role: Part-Time, permanent 

OVERVIEW
 
The Patient Coordinator will have a vital role in enrusing the smooth running of the Medical Spa administrative team. This may include dealing with patient enquiries, patient information and reception duties. We are looking for a decicated, committed and organised individual who can multi-task, covering a wide variety of workloads including sales and administrative support.

THE ROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To give professional advice to clients and promote available treatments
  • To deliver excellent customer service in line with the company ethos
  • To liaise with patients, consoltuntants and clinicians in a professional, competent and knowledgeable manner
  • To assist in all areas of the practice as needed
  • To observe patiente confidencially at all times
  • To adhere to health and safety regulations by using safe work
  • To ensure the premises and external areas are maintained in an immaculate and welcoming manner
