Role: Payments Administrator
Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: Amersham (hybrid working available)
Salary: up to 23,400 + benefits
We have an opportunity for a Payments Administrator to join a very busy team located in Amersham. We are looking for someone that has a confident and articulate telephone manner, as well as being able to juggle a few plates at any one time.
You will be required carry out general administration tasks and duties as required including taking incoming calls and processing payments or routing the call to the account manager.
Key Duties include;
- Ensuring inbound post sorted and distributed in a timely fashion
- Maintaining paper levels & cartridges in fax machines/printers
- Outbound post preparation
- Managing Company 'info' mailbox
- Taking Credit and Debit card payments over the telephone
- Call self-pay patients to collect o/s payments
- Scanning, shredding, and filing
- Taking roughly 50 calls per day
