Full Job Description

I am currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to lead the Payments and Retentions Team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing consumer payments, enhancing engagement with clients, and implementing effective retention strategies. This position demands strong leadership qualities, innovative thinking, and strategic acumen to ensure team success and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Team Leadership: Provide effective guidance and support to the Payments and Retentions Team, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Consumer Payment Management: Oversee the administration of consumer payments, devising strategies to ensure timely payments and addressing non-payment issues to minimize delinquency rates.
  • Engagement and Retention: Develop inventive approaches to engage with non-paying consumers and foster payment compliance, while implementing retention strategies to mitigate negative attrition.
  • KPI Achievement: Establish clear KPIs for the team and monitor performance, proactively addressing any gaps and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Demonstrate resourcefulness in resolving challenges related to consumer payments and retention, exploring innovative ideas to enhance team performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on team performance, utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with operational managers and stakeholders to align payment and retention strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring a seamless consumer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in payments or retention-related roles.
  • Proficiency in consumer payments processes and strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Innovative thinker with a track record of implementing creative solutions.
