Full Job Description

Title: Payroll Administrator

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire.

Salary: £20,000-30,000.


We are working with a well renowned Accountancy Practice based in Spalding. They are looking for people with strong Payroll experience to join their existing team.


This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of client payrolls and progress your career in an expanding organisation.


What you'll do:

  • Conduct weekly and monthly payroll processing for clients.
  • Employ manual calculations for system checks or to resolve client inquiries.
  • Effectively manage and prioritise workload.
  • Generate quarterly and annual fee invoices.
  • Interact directly with clients via in-person meetings and phone calls.
  • Deliver updates and reports to the Payroll Director.


What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
