Requirements

Payroll Process:

  • To process salary adjustments for starters, leavers and contract changes using v lookup on Excel
  • Processing and importing time, attendance and sick payments onto system
  • Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters.
  • Process HMRC documentation
  • Responsible for processing/assessing pension NEST payments.
  • Support department in the absence of payroll manager.
  • Monthly filing of processed paperwork (paper and electronic)
  • Maintain accurate records of all relevant paperwork
  • Ensuring all employees are paid in a time and accurately.



Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to analyse payroll data via multiple spreadsheets is essential for this role
  • Strong excel skills
  • Previous payroll experience
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and on own
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Knowledge of current HMRC legislation
  • Previous payroll experience proffered
