Payroll Administrator
Grantrow Recruitment are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the team based in Walsall Town Centre. You will work as part of a team and be responsible for all aspects of managing employee salary data, ensuring time-sheets are accurate and payments are made on time. Ultimately, the successful candidate will work with a team of payroll specialists to ensure documents are organised and payroll related items are handled appropriately.

Details of Payroll Administrator:
- Salary: 11.44 per hour
- Location: Walsall, WS1 1NS
- Hours: 37 hours per week, 09:00am-17:00pm
- 1-hour lunch break
Responsibilities & Duties include:
- Keep payroll records for each employee with up to date and accurate information
- Review any approved expenses or overtime pay that an employee may be entitled to
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, including personal details, employment history
- Utilise payroll software or systems to input, process and maintain payroll data efficiently.
- Facilitating the on boarding process for new payroll
- Address all payroll inquiries
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programmes such as BrightPay and Sage
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management and organisation skills
