A new opportunity is available for an experiencedPayrollerto join a growing group of companies based in Leeds. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the payroll for all companies. To accurately validate employee time and attendance records. Your responsibility will be to ensure wages are paid andtimeously.
This role is a permanent position and my client is considering both full and part time options.
Duties will include:
- Processing starters and leavers
- Monitoring time and attendance
- Recording payroll data via Sage 50 payroll
- Calculating overtime
- Processing salary increases
- Processing holidays,sickness ,bonuses
- P45s,P60sandP11ds
- Resolving pay queries
- Dealing withHMRC
- Dealing with any deductions
- Updating pension information
- Payroll year end
- Month end weekly and monthly payrolljournals
- Manage employee loans
- Ensuring compliance laws, regulations and policies
Ideal candidate:
- Thorough attention to detail
- Sage 50 payroll experience
- Excellent communicator
