Job Title:  Payroll Advisor
Contract:
FTC 9 months
Location: Victoria / St James, London

Salary:
£36,000 per annum + bonus and benefits

Fantastic opportunity to join an awesome Fashion Retailer in their busy payroll function on a Fixed Term Contract. 


What you'll do: 
  • Address intricate payroll inquiries and oversee administrative tasks like gross up payments and tax guidance.
  • Adhere to designated service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Handle HR accounting responsibilities, including preparing and posting journals, monthly accruals, and conducting thorough reconciliations.
  • Support executive pay inquiries, manage associated taxes, and assist in their year-end tax responsibilities and planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the payroll software provider to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Engage in the verification and approval process with brand business partners.
  • Execute salary reviews and annual bonus payments.
What you'll bring: 
  • Strong payroll processing experience. 
  • Knowledge of local (UK) payroll legislation. 
  • Experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
