Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Pediatrics department. As a Registered Nurse in Pediatrics, you will provide specialized care to infants, children, and adolescents. Your role will involve assessing patients, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and observe for any changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and provide support and guidance
- Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the United Kingdom
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in pediatric nursing
- Strong knowledge of pediatric anatomy, physiology, and developmental stages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
