Job Description

We are looking for a pension administrator to join our team.

Our Pensions Administrator will be based in our Crawley office supporting one of our two priority A clients.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide administration services to customers, working to agreed targets 
  • To complete / check casework and provide feedback 
  • Resolving customer enquiries (oral and written) 
  • Drafting of non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiries 
  • Performing and issuing pension calculations including manual calculations 
  • Carrying out projects and ad-hoc activities, as determined by your Team Leader

Full training will be provided
