Full Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Business Partner within the People team, for a FTC role due to maternity leave!

  • Job Title – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Business Partner. 
  • Location – JD Head Office BL9 8RR
  • Working hours – Mon- Fri 40 Hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:  

  • The purpose of this role is to embed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the Group and to lead the delivery and implementation of DEI focused programs and initiatives which align to our strategic priorities. 
  • Work with the Senior People team and key Stakeholders to agree future DEI goals in line with the Strategy.
  • Support DEI training across the business, developing and delivering training as required, as well as review best practice and develop internal policies that support DEI.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience of designing and implementing DEI strategies across multiple sites and disciplines.
  • Experience writing and delivering DEI training.
  • Experience of writing policies that positivity impact DEI in the workplace.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate the vision to a variety of stakeholders.
