Administrator
Salary: 26,908.52
per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 40h -
full time
Location: Based in Edinburgh,
Dunfermline and West Lothian

What you'll be doing;
- Providing administrative support as and when required to
allow for the efficient running of operational sites.
- Update, develop and maintain files and electronic registers
relevant to the role.
- Raising and receipting purchase
orders and dealing with any subsequent queries.
- Raising
CAPEX orders.
- Dealing with invoicing.
- Taking minutes at meetings and distributing as required.
- Deal with telephone enquiries, take messages.
- Order office essentials, e.g. stationary, lunches for
meetings.
- Booking meeting rooms.
- Booking
travel and hotels.
- Basic collation and uploading of data
to produce reports e.g. weighbridge data.
- Dealing with
visitors, receptionist duties when required.
What we're looking for;
- Experience of working in an administrative role
- IT skills - knowledge of Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention
to detail
- Self motivated, able to work on own initiative
and be flexible when required
- Understanding of the waste
water industry - desirable
- Own transport, and full
driving licence
