Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 p.a.

care home services across the North West. The business is well
positioned in the sector and currently undergoing a change management
structure to help the growth of the business and ensure that high
quality care is their top priority.
My client is looking to
recruit a new Peripatetic Manager to cover nursing & residential care
homes across North West. Your role will be to coach and guide current
Home Managers that need extra support within a care home, as well as
oversee and manage services without a manager. Here, you will act as a
Quality/Support Manager within a home and help to improve standards in
line with CQC requirements. The role will include supporting,
mentoring and managing staff within a care home that require
additional support around certain quality and compliance aspects, as
well as delivering a commercial and operational focus.
The
Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for a current
Peripatetic / Turnaround / Home / Regional Manager that wants to join
a company that can develop your career and provide good quality care
for its residents. The candidate is required to have previous Care
Home Management experience with exposure to CQC inspections and is
currently fully compliant. The perfect candidate will have had
experience of going into a failing care homes and helping it improve
so that they are compliant with CQC requirements.
The
successful candidate will have a proven track record in Home
Management and will understand how to help other Home Managers and
staff to improve/sustain high standards. You will need good
relationship management skills and ensure people are cared for in the
best way possible.

Exposure to

Passion for the care of elderly people

Completed turnaround projects
Location
This
role is to cover homes across the North West. This role is commutable
from Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Warrington, Crewe & Wigan.
Interview Process
The interview process will be in a two
stage format.
Stage One - Teams/F2F (formal interview):
Operations Director and Quality Director
Stage Two - Teams/F2F
(formal interview): Managing Director
Summary
My client is
seeking an experienced Peripatetic / Turnaround / Home / Regional
Manager with exposure to management within elderly Care Home services,
where the successful candidate is able to lead and support Home
Managers and staff. In exchange, my client are offering a salary of
circa 60,000 per annum plus benefits.
