Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a high net-worth individual (HNWI). This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted confidant and liaison, overseeing various personal and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the individual's lifestyle and affairs.


Responsibilities:

Peronsla Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the HNWI, including managing complex itineraries and logistics across multiple time zones.

Personal Errands and Concierge Services: Handle various personal tasks, including but not limited to, making reservations, arranging transportation, managing household staff, overseeing property maintenance, and handling special requests.

Personal Financial Administration: Assist with bill payment, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping, liaising with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals as needed.

Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, correspondence, and personal matters.

Communication and Correspondence: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the HNWI as appropriate.

Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and oversee special events, gatherings, and philanthropic activities, coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and attendees as necessary.

Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison for family members, friends, and other stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and managing communications effectively.

Ad Hoc Projects and Support: Provide additional support and assistance on special projects, initiatives, or tasks as assigned by the HNWI, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting high net worth individuals or senior executives in a similar capacity.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact diplomatically with individuals at all levels.

Proficiency in office software applications and technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and travel booking platforms.

Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and demonstrate resourcefulness in finding solutions.

Flexibility to work outside of traditional office hours and travel as needed.
