Personal Injury Lawyer - London - Defendant Casualty - to £70k

Role Overview
Our client is looking for a personal injury lawyer to Join its in-house legal team. Looking for someone to join it expanding casualty department. The role reports into the Senior Counsel and you will handle a diverse caseload including motor, employers' liability (EL), public liability (PL), property damage, and product liability claims.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive in England and Wales.
• Some Post Qualification Experience (PQE) is required.
• Ideally experience handling defendant personal injury claims.
• Advanced interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive legal writing skills.
• Ability to independently handle and analyse legal issues with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Commitment to professional development and upholding ethical standards.
