PPR UK are working with a thriving independent community pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services and personalised support to the local community. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pharmacist to join their dynamic team.

Position: Pharmacist
Location: Willesden Green
Salary : 24 - 25 per hour
Hours : Monday - Friday 11:00 - 19:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Optional : Saturdays 09:00 - 19 :00
Items: 10,000
Staffing: Pharmacist (09:00 - 13:00 Monday - Friday), x2 Dispensers, MCA
System: Proscript

They are looking for a passionate Pharmacist who shares their commitment to delivering outstanding pharmaceutical care. As a Pharmacist in their community pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive medication management services and promoting health and wellness within the community.

Responsibilities:
Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
Offering patient-centred counselling and advice on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
Conducting medication reviews, therapy management, and adherence support services to optimize patient outcomes.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to coordinate care and address patient needs.
Managing pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and workflow optimization.
Engaging with the local community through health promotion initiatives, educational events, and outreach programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and eligible to work in the UK.
Previous experience working in a community pharmacy setting is preferred.
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
