Role: Inpatient Pharmacy Receptionist
Location: Chelsea and Westminster Hospital - Chelsea
Rate: Band 2/3 depending on experience
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm
Start date: ASAP
Placement length: 3-6 months

We are currently representing our client in their search for a locum Pharmacy Receptionist to assist with cover during busy periods in Chelsea and Westminster Inpatient Pharmacy. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk operations and upholding the highest standards of customer service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and nurses in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Handle inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and common areas
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanour and appearance
