Photography Administrative Assistant

Location: Hailsham, BN27 4EL
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours : Monday – Friday, 37 hours – An element of flexibility as to when hours are worked

We are now recruiting for a Photography Administrative Assistant to photograph industrial components to a defined specification using a smart phone.

Please be aware if you wish to apply for this role you need not be a photographer with photography experience, we welcome applications from all candidates.

In addition to this as our Photography Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Photographing industrial components.
  • Checking accuracy and completeness of images.
  • Filing images in digital storage and reviewing images for quality and for retake.
  • Preparing documentation and effectively communicating and interacting with colleagues.
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Organising and maintaining office files and documents.
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures within your remit are adhered to.

In order to be successful in this role it’s essential that you have:

  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Experience in an administrative/data entry role
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Detail orientated
  • Proficiency in computerised office systems
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices

It would be great if you had:

  • Previous exposure working in a manufacturing and assembly organisation
  • Basic IT Skills, Word, Microsoft
  • Photography training not required
