Planner - Groundworks & RC

Full Job Description

My client is a industry leading civil engineering contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Planner to join the company and assist in delivering various groundworks, civils, RC and rail contracts ranging from 500,000 to 10 million.

My client will strongly consider a Project Manager with Pre-Construction or Planning experience.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

PlannerResponsibilities :

• Mentor / manage junior and intermediate planners.
• Manage and monitor live projects.
• Produce clause 31/32 programs.
• Produce clause 62 programs.
• Produce progress reports and drops lines. Weekly / monthly.
• Tender input i.e. produce tender programs and narratives.

Planner Requirements:

• Effective communication and people skills;
• Reliable / Good timekeeping;
• Willingness to undertake courses useful to the role;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Computer literate in word / excel;
• Experience working for a specialist Groundworks,Civils or RC frame contractor
