MC Technical Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Plant Operator to carry out the day to day operations on an Anaerobic Digestion site near Market Rasen.
Our client is an expanding business within the Renewable Energy sector and are looking for an experienced Plant Operator to join their team.
As the Plant Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Controlling the plant via SCADA/DCS
- Day to day operations of plant including feeding fuel using a telehandler
- Carrying out daily plant checks to ensure maximum plant efficiency
- Carrying out first line maintenance on Electrical and Mechanical equipment
- Facilitating the intake and sorting of food waste
- Upkeep of plant ensuring Health and Safety standards are met
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
- A relevant engineering/technical qualification (NVQ/BTEC/Apprenticeship etc.)
- Proven experience within Anaerobic Digestion or a related industry (Process Plant, Water Treatment, Recycling etc.)
- The ability to operate a forklift; tickets are advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence is essential for this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Renewable Energy business with a salary of up to £35,000 annum plus other benefits (Allowance/Overtime/Bonus).
