Experienced Plasterer required to carrying out reactive repairs for a Darlington based council.
I am looking for a skilled and dedicated plasterer to work with a local council in the Darlington area. As a plasterer, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of repairs in void and tenanted properties.
This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to our commitment to providing high-quality repairs and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
To perform various plastering repairs and installations in void and tenanted properties. This will include carrying out tasks such as dot & dab, full reskims and patch plastering as well as other general related tasks.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
Start date: ASAP
Location: Darlington
Hours: 37 hours Monday - Friday (Overtime available)
Duration: Temporary position running up to Feb 2025
Pay rate: 16 - 17 P/H (CIS or Umbrella)
Requirements:
- City & Guilds or NVQ in Plastering
- 3 years minimum Plastering experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS card
