Full Job Description

Are you an experienced Plasterer with practical site experience and / or relevant qualifications?  You must reside between Huntingdon and South London to be considered for the position.

Our brand new client based in Huntingdon is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join them on a full time permanent basis 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.

As Plasterer, you will be responsible for plastering ceilings and walls including external rendering, site set, clear down and clean up, purchasing and collection of required construction materials, video recording of works with audio commentary before work commencement and on completion, daily assessment of allocated work, completing quality checks, obtaining customer satisfaction sign off, keeping company vehicle clean and roadworthy, site health and safety.

The role will cover work in to the South of London therefore it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence.

To be considered for the role of Plasterer, you will have 5 years site experience and / or City & Guilds Level 2 Plastering qualification and two years practical experience. You will have general building industry knowledge, ability to understand drawings, pc literacy, effective communication skills, working to targets and deadlines, excellent attention to detail.

In return our client will offer a basic salary of £35360 plus paid travel one way (which adds roughly a further 10% to salary), 28 days paid holiday including statutory holidays, pension scheme, annual performance reviews.
