Manchester

Salary up to 31,191 + OT

39 hours per week (including weekends on a rotational basis with a 15% allowance)

Resourcing Group are working with a client looking to add a permanent Plumber to their ranks to cover a static site in Manchester.

Responsibilities:

Conducting routine and non-routine maintenance tasks.

Identifying and addressing faults and life-expired equipment.

Performing inspections, water sampling, and risk assessments.

Repairing mains water supply systems.

Minimizing wastage and improving processes continuously.

Ensuring statutory works are completed on time and in compliance with regulations.

May involve working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Supporting zero-carbon initiatives and upholding Health & Safety standards across the contract.

Requirements:

Full driving license.

Trade qualification at Level 3.

Experience in operating light plant machinery.

Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, with plumbing maintenance experience. NVQ Level 2 candidates may also be considered.

Desirable to have Legionella Control (L8) certification and experience in a commercial environment.
