Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Full Job Description

I am recruiting for a domestic Gas Engineer to join an established team within a maintenance contractor who carry out servicing and breakdowns across the Devon & Cornwall area. Ideally you will be located in Exeter or surrounding areas.
  
Duties will include:
  

• Attending appointments within occupied domestic properties
• Carrying out annual services of gas appliances
• Attending emergency call outs
• Fault finding and repairing gas appliances
• Remedial work
• Landlords safety certificates

  
You will need:
  

• NVQ level 2/3, City & Guilds in Plumbing
• ACS: CCN1 CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1
• LPG and OFTEC – would be advantageous
• Ground source heat pumps – desirable
• Experience within a similar role
• Clean driving licence
