Plumbing/Heating Engineer - 36k - Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Coventry,

The Role:

Our client, a well established FM company, are looking for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to work across a schools contract in the East and West Midlands. This is a mobile role covering 8 schools.

Key Responsibilities:

General plumbing maintenance works including plant rooms
Carrying out Plumbing Services installation and repairs utilising a range of different systems
Problem solving and fault finding whilst providing site maintenance reports.

Skills/Experience:

NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
Experience working in a similar role
Schools experience would be beneficial but not essential

On offer is a competitive salary of up to 36k plus company van, fuel card and other company benefits
